Machine Service

All of our machine services offered are guaranteed at a low flat rate price per machine(price of parts not included). We strive to make sure the work is done right and you are happy with the service received. We work on a first come first served basis and can not guarantee a time frame as to when the work will be completed (we have no control over how long it takes to get parts). We do our best to get them done in a timely manner however some issues take longer to resolve than others and your understanding is greatly appreciated as we want to give you the best service we can.
No refunds will be given on machine repairs. We strive to give the best customer service we can we guarantee our work for 30 days with receipt. We will do our best to make it right if a related problem arises.

Prices are as follows-
Bernina Sewing machines & Embroidery machines :Cleaning, Oiling & Adjusting $65.00 +tax (parts are extra)

Non Bernina machines:Cleaning, Oiling & Adjusting are $70.00 +tax (parts are extra)

Bernina Sergers cleaning, oiling & Adjusting are $35.00 +tax

Non Bernina Sergers: cleaning, oiling & Adjusting $45.00 +tax

Industrial Machines cleaning, oiling, and adjustments are $90.00 +tax (parts extra)

We can make house calls with an appointment you will have to call for details and arrangements.

However with the Covid-19 going on we are not doing any house calls until further notice.

Embroidery and More

My name is Jen and I will be doing some embroidery and monogram services on items provided by the customer.
The cost of these are $10 per 5,000 stitches and $1 per 1,000 stitches after unless the project is very complex or has lots of colors the price may vary.
If I have to digitize anything the cost will be based on the design and amount of hours spent working on the project.
I will also be making some projects and posting them for sale. I do not live in town so there will be some shipping of items back and forth so please plan ahead.
I also will be making some masks that I will place for sale so stay tuned.

Unlike most of our competition, we don't charge hourly rates. We'll finish the job for the price quoted no matter how long it takes. If we can't fix it we send it back to Bernina of America to make sure that its fixed right.
